Cheri is a full time REALTOR working with buyers and sellers from Annapolis to the Eastern Shore of Maryland. She believes whether you are buying or selling it is an investment decision you are making. Cheri’s Financial Advisor background and her personal investments in Real Estate, both residential and commercial give her the expertise you need to make the right Real Estate investment decision for you.

Cheri was born and raised in Annapolis making her one of the few native Annapolitans left in Annapolis. In 1989 at the age of twenty five Cheri became a Financial Advisor. Being a Financial Advisor requires some of the same skills as a Realtor. You must know your market, both the broad and local market conditions. Trustworthiness is a must as well as great customer service, sales experience and negotiating skills. It also taught her how to handle stress gracefully.

Cheri has always had a professional attitude which she built a business gathering clients with her trust and her knowledge. However; it is hard for Cheri to keep her business on a purely professional level because she truly wants to do the best for everyone and sees all her clients as friends. Cheri decided to sell her Financial Advisor business in 2005 to raise her son Dillon and adopt her daughters Cocobella and Peace from China.

Cheri has owned many properties both Residential and Commercial both personal and for investments. Her favorite pastime was looking at properties for investments. She still feels fondly for the Annapoli Realtor that sold her first home and decided to consult her as part of her soul searching for a second career. It became very apparent to Cheri a second career in Real Estate was her calling and her passion.

Today Cheri lives in St. Michaels with her daughter Cocobella. She has a total of four children; Tiffani, Dillon, Cocobella, and Peace and two grand children; Charlie and Olivia. Because of her love of her hometown Annapolis and her love for Maryland’s Eastern Shore she works both in Annapolis and St.Michaels offices of Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. Working with both buyers and sellers Cheri does whatever it takes to eliminate the stress of buying and selling their home trying to leave all with an enjoyable memorable experience.

Cheri needs to be near the water hence she loves beaches and boating of any kind. She also enjoys great local music & art, bonfires, movies, reading and of course spending time with family and friends.

  • Interfacing with research department to inquire about corporate actions and news that may affect client holdings, including proposed M&A activities, debt, new orders/order cancellations, industry news, and analyst upgrades/downgrades.

  • Analyzing ROI to calculate fund and client portfolio performance and provide up-to-date ROI data to clients; interpret cash balances, account valuations, margin calls/requirements, and records maintenance.

  • Supporting high net worth and retirement account clients with industry-related questions, quotes, Comparable Market Analysis (CMA), research reports, and company news.
